			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align:justify;margin:0;"><span style="font-size:11pt;font-family:Tahoma;" lang="IT">Qualunque attività noi svolgiamo quotidianamente richiede energia, la fonte che ne garantisce il giusto apporto è l’alimentazione.</span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align:justify;margin:0;"><span style="font-size:11pt;font-family:Tahoma;" lang="IT">Le calorie sono l’unità di misura che ci consente di quantificare l’apporto energetico.</span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align:justify;margin:0;"><span style="font-size:11pt;font-family:Tahoma;" lang="IT">Il problema è che conoscere semplicemente l’apporto energetico non ci consente di capire quali sono gli alimenti più idonei per affrontare l’ attività fisica.</span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align:justify;margin:0;"><span style="font-size:11pt;font-family:Tahoma;" lang="IT">Le fonti energetiche a cui attinge l&#8217;organismo<span>  </span>variano a seconda del tipo di allenamento livello di intensità e durata.</span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align:justify;margin:0;"><span style="font-size:11pt;font-family:Tahoma;" lang="IT">Il nostro apporto energetico dovrebbe rispettare alcuni criteri di proporzione, se volessimo tradurre in percentuali il nostro apporto quotidiano:</span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align:justify;margin:0;"><span style="font-size:11pt;font-family:Tahoma;" lang="IT">· 65% zuccheri (90% glucidi complessi la restante parte in glucidi semplici)</span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align:justify;margin:0;"><span style="font-size:11pt;font-family:Tahoma;" lang="IT">· 20% lipidi (metà <span> </span>grassi animali e la restante metà grassi vegetali)</span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align:justify;margin:0;"><span style="font-size:11pt;font-family:Tahoma;" lang="IT">· 15% proteine </span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align:justify;margin:0;"><span style="font-size:11pt;font-family:Tahoma;" lang="IT">Tra i cosiddetti principi alimentari non calorici è di fondamentale importanza l’apporto dell’acqua, si suda molto in piscina e questo rende necessario idratarsi il più possibile.</span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align:justify;margin:0;"><span style="font-size:11pt;font-family:Tahoma;" lang="IT">Ovviamente assieme all’acqua vengono persi i sali minerali che nel caso di allenamenti di lunga durata vanno reintegrati, in particolare magnesio, potassio, ferro e sodio. Ad ogni modo se l’alimentazione è bilanciata e lo sport viene praticato a livello amatoriale non c’è bisogno di integrare con vitamine ed integratori vari al nostra limentazione se ben proporzionata.</span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align:justify;margin:0;"><span style="font-size:11pt;font-family:Tahoma;" lang="IT">Gradualmente inserirò dei post per esplodere i concetti generali con cui abbiamo introdotto il tema</span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align:justify;margin:0;"><span style="font-size:11pt;font-family:Tahoma;" lang="IT">Andiamo sul pratico ognuno di noi che pratica il nuoto in modo amatoriale tende a relegarlo negli orari più disparati della gironata in funzione delle proprie esigenze e ritmi di vita.</span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align:justify;margin:0;"><span style="font-size:11pt;font-family:Tahoma;" lang="IT">I Punti che devono comunque rimanere fissi a mio avviso sono i seguenti:</span></p>
<ul style="margin-top:0;" type="circle">
<li class="MsoNormal"><em><span style="font-size:11pt;color:blue;font-family:Tahoma;" lang="IT">In linea teorica non prendere pasti prima di 3-4 ore dall’allenamento</span></em><span style="font-size:11pt;font-family:Tahoma;" lang="IT">, (la completa digestione degli alimenti per nostra sfortuna avviene entro le 5-8 ore successive al pasto);</span></li>
<li class="MsoNormal"><em><span style="font-size:11pt;color:blue;font-family:Tahoma;" lang="IT">non consumare un pasto eccessivo</span></em><span style="font-size:11pt;font-family:Tahoma;" lang="IT">, la digestione rende necessario un grosso afflusso di sangue verso l’apparato digerente rendendo meno irrorati i muscoli ed il cervello, un chiaro sintomo è la sonnolenza dopo il pasto;</span></li>
<li class="MsoNormal"><em><span style="font-size:11pt;color:blue;font-family:Tahoma;" lang="IT">assumere giuste quantità di </span></em><span style="font-size:11pt;font-family:Tahoma;" lang="IT">zuccheri complessi (o glicidi), la pasta il pane <span> </span>che determinano un livello prolungato e costante di sostanze energetiche nel circolo sanguigno (vedremo nei prossimi post il concetto di curva glicemica in funzione degli alimenti);</span></li>
<li class="MsoNormal"><em><span style="font-size:11pt;color:blue;font-family:Tahoma;" lang="IT">dopo l’allenamento</span></em><span style="font-size:11pt;font-family:Tahoma;" lang="IT">, prima di assumere alimenti, è consigliabile che passino almeno 2-3 ore. Il nostro apparato circolatorio dopo l’allenamento è ancora impegnato ad irrorare i muscoli.</span></li>
</ul>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align:justify;margin:0;"><span style="font-size:11pt;font-family:Tahoma;" lang="IT"> </span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="line-height:150%;text-align:justify;margin:0;"><span style="font-size:11pt;line-height:150%;font-family:Tahoma;" lang="IT">Spesso si crede che prima degli allenamenti sia necessario ingerire zuccheri in abbondanza, ad esempio esite la falsa credenza che cioccolata o zollette di zucchero diano energia. E’ vero l’apporto calorico è sostanziale ma il danno è garantito:</span></p>

<div class="MsoNormal" style="text-indent:-.25in;line-height:150%;text-align:justify;margin:0 0 0 1in;"><span style="font-size:11pt;line-height:150%;font-family:Tahoma;" lang="IT">nel caso della cioccolata i tempi di digestione sono lunghi e, come abbiamo già detto, questo determinerebbe un maggior afflusso del sangue verso l’apparato digerente <span> </span>riducendo il sangue disponibile per i muscoli.</span></div>

<div class="MsoNormal" style="text-indent:-.25in;line-height:150%;text-align:justify;margin:0 0 0 1in;"><span style="font-size:11pt;color:black;line-height:150%;font-family:Verdana;" lang="IT"><span><span style="font:7pt &quot;"> </span></span></span><span style="font-size:11pt;line-height:150%;font-family:Tahoma;" lang="IT">Gli zuccheri invece vengono scissi in glicogeno grazie alla produzione dell’insulina, come conseguenza si abbassa il glucosio nel sangue e quindi viene a mancare il carburante dei nostri muscoli.Ovviamente questo criterio non vale per zuccheri provenienti dalla frutta (fruttosio) subito disponibili.</span></div>

</ul>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="line-height:150%;text-align:justify;margin:0;"><span style="font-size:11pt;color:black;line-height:150%;font-family:Tahoma;" lang="IT">L&#8217;alimentazione pre-allenamento deve comprendere in maniera equilibrata tutti i macronutrienti, facendo attenzione all&#8217;assunzione dei carboidrati a basso indice glicemico per favorire una condizione di glicemia equilibrata. </span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="line-height:150%;text-align:justify;margin:0;"><span style="font-size:11pt;color:black;line-height:150%;font-family:Tahoma;" lang="IT">Per un dettaglio sugli indici glicemici si può fare riferimento alla tabelle complete riportate nei trattati scientifici (in internet si trovano facilmente.)</span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="line-height:150%;text-align:justify;margin:0;"><span style="font-size:11pt;color:black;line-height:150%;font-family:Tahoma;" lang="IT">Una sommaria divisione che può aiutare nella scelta è la seguente:</span></p>
